We will work collaboratively to uncover practical strategies and set realistic goals, helping you overcome obstacles and break unhealthy patterns. My approach is centred on equipping you, increasing your self-awareness, and guiding you towards meaningful, lasting change.​
We will start our sessions together with a relationship assessment, providing solid direction for how to get your relationship on track. Using the research-based Gottman Method, I will work with you both to improve communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of your relationship.
