Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours is preferred). No-shows or late cancellations are automatically billed/charged at the standard fee for the scheduled time. Consideration may be given for short-notice rescheduling that is required due to severe weather, illness, or legitimate emergencies.
