Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment (48 hours is preferred). The standard fee will apply for the scheduled time, regardless of your attendance. Consideration may be given for short-notice cancellations due to illness, severe weather, or legitimate emergencies.
